A bakery with a long history in Guadalajara, with a flavor they've maintained since their beginnings and the same quality. My favorites are the plain cake and the chocolate-flavored one, since the cake's pleasant texture has always been distinguished by its flavor. They never change!
It's my favorite bakery. Whenever I offer my guests and family Kassel's cakes, jellies, flans, and other products, the comments are always full of praise for how delicious the desserts are; there's never any cake left over. My favorite, because it's a traditional bread and truly delicious, is the walnut bread with strawberry jam. It makes for good times with loved ones, and we add a touch of sweetness from Kassel.
I've known these cakes since I was little, and they've always been delicious. The best one is the vanilla cake with chocolate frosting and strawberry filling. It's rich, with a fluffy cake, real chocolate, and a delicious strawberry filling inside.

Good products, very good service and a pleasant atmosphere. I usually buy the homemade vanilla bread with chocolate frosting and everyone has loved it; it's homemade and soft. I also recommend the celery jellies, although I'm not a big fan of them, many people I know love them and consider them the best.
